MEET THE SPEAKERS
Dr. Chun-Hsi Chung
Dr. Chun-Hsi Chung is Chauncey M. F. Endowed Chair and Associate Professor of Department of Orthodontics, University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. In addition, he is the Director (2010-2018) and President (2017-2018) of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Chung received his DMD and Orthodontic Certificate/MS from the University of Pennsylvania, and did a two-year NIH Postdoctoral Fellowship in bone and mineral research. He has been a full-time faculty at Penn Orthodontic Department for the last 26 years. Dr. Chung has conducted extensive clinical research and published many articles on different topics, including craniofacial growth and development in three dimensions, early orthodontic treatment, orthopedic and surgically assisted rapid palatal expansion, and adult orthodontics.
Brad A. Kucharo, CPA, CFP®
Brad Kucharo is an associate of John K. McGill & Co., Inc. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) practitioner and has been providing customized tax and business planning services exclusively for the dental profession since 2007.
During this time, he has helped over 450 dentists across the country plan for financial independence, for reduced stress and greater peace of mind. Mr. Kucharo also developed and directs the comprehensive Planning for Retirement service.
He graduated from The University of Iowa and holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and Master of Accountancy degree.
He formerly worked While a senior at The University of Iowa, he completed an internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in the Personal Financial Services group performing tax and financial planning services for high net worth individuals. full-time at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP for almost three years performing customized tax and financial planning services for high net worth individuals. Brad is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
The Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists shall:
- Promote the ethical delivery of quality orthodontic care by providing its members with educational opportunities and information regarding advances in orthodontic treatment and technology.
