Annual Session General Information
Two days of Trending Topics in Orthodontics with engaging speakers and great team building sessions. Networking opportunities from the time you pick up your registration packet on Thursday, to the festive Friday Welcome Reception and the Saturday Send-off. Plenty of time with vendors starting with breakfast and continuing through lunch and breaks. We hope to see you in our Nation’s Capital in 2025 where MASO members are the focus of the meeting, and you can build relationships in your own region in an intimate atmosphere!
Continuing Education Credits
The Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists (MASO) is ADA CERP recognized provider approved by the American Association of Orthodontists. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. MASO designates this activity for up to 10.25 hours of continuing education (CE) credits for doctors and for up to 11.0 hours of continuing education (CE) credits for staff.

To receive the discounted group rate, make your reservation online through the MASO room block personalized group reservation site or by calling 877-212-5752 and reference the MASO Annual Session. The group rate for single/double occupancy is $295/night plus tax and fees. These discounted rates will be offered, based upon availability, 1 day before and 1 day after the conference dates. The discounted group rates are available only until September 4, 2025 or until the room block is full!
The Mayflower Hotel is easily accessible to most members in MASO region. It is 4.3 miles from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), 28 miles from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and 36 miles from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). The resort does not offer an airport shuttle service to nearby airports. Guests may arrange for taxi or car ride app services.
